GHA REGISTRATION
IMPORTANT INFO BELOW. PLEASE READ.
Due to registering after August 31st, a $100 late fee will automatically be added to your total due.
-Registration opens June 1st - August 31st.
-A $100.00 early bird special begins June 1st - June 30th. This does not apply to 6U/8U players.
-Register early to take advantage of our payment plan.
-Registration closed August 31st. A $100 late fee will apply to all those who register after August 31st.
-A $50 sibling discount will be applied to families registering more than one player. This discount is only available June 1st - June 30th. To get the discount code, email registrar@gillettehockeyassociation.com.
-A 50% discount applies to all 6U/8U/10U/12U/Girls who are new GHA members. Please contact Lynley at registrar@gillettehockeyassociation.com before registering.
-Before registering, visit USA Hockey Registration here: https://membership.usahockey.com. You will need to register for the 2024-25 season. The fees for USA Hockey this next season are: 2018 & Younger: $15, 2017-2016 $50, 2015-2012 $61, 2011-2006 $70, and 2005 & Older $46. USA Hockey will also tack on a $10 "Affiliate Fee" that will go to Wyoming Amateur Hockey League.
-Also during registration you will be prompted to fill out the USA Code of Conduct and USA Consent to Treat/Medical Release Form. Please follow these to links to have those documents ready.

-A $25 late fee will apply if a payment is not made within 7 days of the day the scheduled payment was due if you choose the payment plan.
-No offline payments allowed. If you register early, you can take advantage of our payment plan. June allows for a four month payment plan, July is a three month payment plan, August is at two month payment plan. All fees are due by October 1st. If you are not paid up by October 1st, your player will not skate.
-GHA commitments include volunteering, purchasing your own dark and light game jerseys (approximately $200), and selling five $100 cash raffle tickets. Jersey and raffle tickets do not apply to 6U/8U players.
-If you would like to purchase your next size jersey before the beginning of next season, contact equipment@gillettehockeyassociation.com.
-If your family is going through financial hardship, please follow the "Resources/For Parents" link on the website to fill out a hardship application. All applicants will be required to volunteer 20 hours if application is approved.

10U - $750 (EB $650) Late: $850
12U - $825 (EB $725) Late: $925
14U - $1,025 (EB $925) Late: $1,125
18U - $1,250 (EB $1,150) Late: $1,350
